Description of the Digi-Flex® Hand/Finger Exerciser - Red/Light

This tool allows you to strengthen and improve the mobility and coordination of individual fingers while simultaneously strengthening the hand and forearm.

The resistance intensity data is given in kg per finger.

The total resistance is as follows: Single button 1.4 kg, entire unit 4.6 kg

Resistance levels (per finger) of the other colors: Medium (green) = 2.3 kg resistance; Strong (blue) = 3.2 kg resistance; Extra Strong (black) = 4.1 kg resistance
