Right of withdrawal   

The buyer has the option to exercise the right of withdrawal and then disengage from the order made, without penalty and without giving any reason to the seller.

The buyer, however, must communicate the intention to withdraw in writing by registered letter with return receipt to be sent at our office or in writing at our website info@pserviceweb.com, within 14 days from receipt of the material. No item will be made without our permission.


Withdrawal and return the product ordered

When it was exercised their right of withdrawal and the product has already been delivered, the buyer must arrange for their return, even by post, within a period which can not be more than 10 days shall run from the date of receipt of commodity.

To avoid any dispute as to the validity and effectiveness of the withdrawal, the buyer must be able to return a product intact, that is, in normal condition even if the goods were used.

The buyer shall bear the costs of returning the product.

The buyer has the right to receive reimbursement of the amounts paid at the time of purchase, excluding delivery costs and extras.

Replacement or refund  

The refund or replacement will be free of charge, as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of returning the goods.

Guarantee product compliance

The buyer who buy online is also protected by the guarantee of conformity, that is, the guarantee to be provided by the seller in relation to the characteristics and quality of the product purchased for the protection therefore possible defects of the goods.

A product is considered compliant when in fact:

- It is suitable for use which requires a number of products of the same type;

- It is particularly suitable for use by the purchaser wanted known and accepted by the seller;

- Conforms to the description given by the seller;

- Has the quality and performance which are normal in the product of the same type;

We must always keep in mind that the seller is liable to the buyer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery of the product: should pay particular attention from the moment in which the product was delivered by the shipping agent to verify the possible anomalies or malfunctions.

Repair or replacement 

If your product has a lack of conformity, the buyer has the first opportunity to ask for repair or replacement.

The repair or replacement of the product must be performed by the seller within a reasonable time and at no cost: the buyer should not pay it no shipping costs or labor costs nor expenses for the purchase of materials.

The buyer has the right to request an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract of sale when:

- The repair or replacement of the product is too expensive or impossible to implement;

- The seller has failed to repair or replace the product within a reasonable also to the needs of the purchaser;

- Replacement or repair carried out has caused significant inconvenience to the buyer.

The buyer, however, must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from the date it was discovered the defect of the product, communicating in writing by registered letter with return receipt to be sent at our office or in writing at our website info@pserviceweb.com.

If not made any objection within that period, the buyer loses the right to require repair or replacement of the product or the price reduction or termination of the contract of sale, unless the seller has not acknowledged the existence of defect.

It is also worth mentioning that the guarantee of conformity of the product has a shelf life of 1 year (giveaway product for professional use) starting from the day of delivery of the goods.


The responsibility of the producer and seller for damages

The purchaser not only has the right to replace or repair the defective product or obtain the price reduction or termination of contract.

The buyer also has the right to compensation for damages that may have been caused by a defective product that does not have that offered a sufficient guarantee of security.

In this case, however, the buyer must first pay his objections not to the supplier, but the producer, ie the manufacturer of the finished product or a component thereof.
