The ultrasonic bath
A great cleansing process and deep disinfectant to the instruments is the use of ultrasonic bath and the specific disinfectant. In fact, ultrasound creates vibrant violent waves that break the cell walls of microorganisms and can penetrate even the smallest cavities thoroughly cleanse any object.
The ultrasonic bath has been designed to wash instruments used in medical, dental, cosmetic, veterinary and all sectors which provide a ultrasonic cleaning.
The cleansing device via ultrasound (cavitation) allows you to clean in hard to reach with manual cleaning and without the risks resulting from handling contaminated instruments.

The cleaning action that is generated in an ultrasonic cleaning tank, derives from the cavitation produced by high frequency sound waves. The cavitation effect, generated by the ultrasound, consists implosion of microscopic vapor bubbles remove development in areas of low pressure liquid. How to use the ultrasonic bath
Fill the tank with distilled water (preferably heated to about 50 °)
introduce a small quantity (1-5% of the total volume) of BACTISAN SURGICAL and mix thoroughly with the help of a wooden spatula or steel. This last operation is very important, not only for "mix" the solution, but above all to create a good degassing, fundamental for optimum action of ultrasound.

Set the washing time and operate
The device proceeds to the washing liquid heating. It stops when reaching the set temperature.
Consider that during the ultrasonic cleaning the temperature of the washing liquid increases.
